ARMA group

The Haywood Foundation works closely with the local branch of the Arthritis and Musculoskeletal Alliance, ARMA.

 

The Patient Group based at the Haywood Hospital is called the HUG Group (Haywood Users Group).

 

The overall aim as a group is to help overcome the many challenges of everyday life that patients with arthritis live with.

 

If you have a form of arthritis such as Osteoarthritis, Spondylitis, Gout, Osteoporosis or one of the many other very painful and debilitating conditions, then we would like to hear from you. With your help we can ensure that your views help to shape the way services for patients are delivered both now and in the future.

 

The group meets quarterly at the Haywood Hospital and provides free support and information for people with arthritis and associated conditions.

 

All our meetings take place on Friday afternoons, beginning with a light lunch at 1pm. To find out how you can make a difference contact:
